The Fish Cellar restaurant and Mt. Kisco Seafood are owned and operated by Joan and Joe DiMauro.  Both businesses are well known for the high quality of their fish and also for striving to be environmentally conscious in all areas of their businesses. They do not serve or sell fish that are endangered or over-fished and both facilities recycle and reuse as much as possible in the normal course of business. Everyday they strive to correct and improve their businesses with the fish population and the environment in mind.
